For Keeps--the journal series
I've been keeping a journal since 1974. Ms Dill at Lancaster County Middle School assigned journal keeping as a class project and I will always be grateful to her for starting me on this path. In 1998 I took a course based on the book "The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron and my journaling sprang to life with a renewed sense of purpose and creativity.

I am in a constant state of healing and renewal that would never be possible without my journal. I "go to the pages" every day for at least 30 minutes. The formats may change from notebook paper to legal pads to pretty bound books to large sketch books to small notepads to altered books--but the process remains. I am therefore I journal.
