52 Weeks of Concious Contact by Melody Beattie-- I've started this book for my 42nd year of life. I loved Beattie's other mediation book and this one promises to offer more thoughtful guidance and inspiration. I'm using it in conjunction with my visual journaling. Amazon has 41 books under Melody Beattie--I haven't read them all, but the ones I have read were just what I needed.
Sacred Contracts by Caroline Myss-- I couldn't wait for the paperback printing and that's saying a lot for me and books. I paid full retail at a real store to get this book and I wasn't dissappointed in the least. This is also one of those books I may never finish. I read it for a few days and then process for a few months. I've been working on my archetypes and it's amazing to see the patterns I've formed in my life according to the contracts of my soul. Artists have enjoyed making soul cards based on their archetypes--I hope I can do that one day too.
